Information you enter
The project form asks for your name, email address or phone number, city or ZIP code, and optional project notes. When you submit the form with your consent, these details are stored by PartnersProBuild so the team can review your project and contact you.
You choose when to submit the form. Downloading or copying your brief is a separate action. Authorized team members can review submitted details and keep internal follow-up notes.
Project preferences
Your selected service, space, and timing are kept in temporary browser storage so you can move between the project planner and other pages without losing those selections. Contact details and project notes are not included in this stored set of preferences.
Administrator sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to 12 hours. Server records validate access, and signing out revokes the session. The preferences are stored for the current browser tab session. You can clear them by clearing site data in your browser.
Website analytics
This website measures public-page views and estimates visitors using a random browser identifier stored locally for up to 90 days. The analytics database stores a hash of that identifier, page paths, timestamps, referring website domains, device and browser categories, and an approximate country when provided by the hosting service. It does not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, names or contact details in analytics records. No analytics cookies are set.
Visitor counts represent browsers, not identified people. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or switching devices can change the count. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this website tracker. Local and preview activity is separated from production traffic. You can remove the browser identifier by clearing this site’s local storage.

Serving a webpage requires the hosting service to process technical request information. If you follow an external link or share your brief through another service, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
You can browse services and inspiration without completing the project form. Optional notes can be left blank. You decide whether to download, copy, or share a brief, and you can remove a downloaded brief from your device.
Browser settings allow you to clear site storage and manage website permissions. Keep in mind that a copied or downloaded brief may still contain your personal information.
